What we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, and company.
  • Booking, event, and billing details.
  • Basic site and playback data, such as IP address and browser type.
  • Card and bank details go straight to our payment processors, Stripe and Square. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, run your booking or event, and take payment.
  • To send our mailing list, if you signed up or used our contact form. Unsubscribe any time.
  • To keep records and keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

  • Only the platforms we use to run the business, such as payments, ticketing, email, and website hosting, and only what each needs to do its job.
  • Our accountant or legal advisors, and authorities when the law requires it.
  • We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How we keep it safe

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) and PCI compliant payment processors.
  • Access limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

  • Email studio@archival.la to see, correct, or delete your information. We reply within 45 days.
  • California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
  • Our services are not for children under 16.
